Booking your event requires a $150 fee to reserve your date, and the venue rental rate is $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
What are the payment terms and deposit requirements?
A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid at least seven days before your event. Additionally, a refundable $150 security deposit will be returned within 24 hours if the venue is cleaned and left undamaged.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure your desired date is available. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on our schedule.
What are the parking arrangements?
The Hub Love provides five parking spots on-site due to renovations. Guests can park on the street near the venue and should plan accordingly to avoid parking challenges.
Are there rules for parking and the surrounding area?
Yes, we ask all guests to respect our neighbors by:

Yes, guests are responsible for cleaning the venue and must bring their own garbage bags to dispose of waste.
Can I access the upstairs space?
No, the upstairs area is off-limits. Guests may only use the bathroom located on the premises.
